VocaVoo is a vocabulary-learning game operated by GRAPPES LLC. This policy explains how we handle information when you play at vocavoo.com, create an account, make a purchase or contact us.

Information we use

• Game and device storage. Your browser stores progress, settings, language choices, achievements, earned coins, outfits and interrupted attempts. It also caches game files for faster loading and offline play. Clearing browser storage can erase guest progress.
• Your account. If you sign in, we process your email address, account identifier and sign-in session. We save your linked game progress and preferences in the cloud. We send sign-in codes and account messages to your email.
• Purchases. We record orders, purchased items, amounts, currency, payment status, refunds and account entitlements to deliver purchases and restore them. Stripe collects and processes payment and billing information on its checkout pages. VocaVoo does not store full card numbers.
• Technical information. Hosting and service providers may process IP addresses, browser/device information, request times and diagnostic logs to deliver the service, maintain security and investigate failures.
• Support. We receive your email address and the information you choose to include in a support request. Please do not send passwords, sign-in codes or complete payment card details.

Word pronunciation uses prerecorded audio. The game does not request microphone access or record your voice.

Why we use this information

We use information to run the game, authenticate you, sync progress, fulfill and restore purchases, answer support requests, prevent abuse and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, these purposes rely on providing the service you request, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting it, legal obligations, or consent for optional processing.

Service providers and external links

We use Supabase for accounts and cloud storage, Resend for account emails, Stripe for payments, and hosting/email infrastructure including OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Our Supabase project is hosted in the United States; providers may process information in other countries under their applicable safeguards and terms.

Promotions may link to ReabDook or the App Store. These links use general campaign labels, not your VocaVoo account identifier or learning history. Once you follow a link, the destination's privacy policy applies.

Advertising and cookies

At the date above, VocaVoo displays its own ReabDook promotions. Revenue-generating Google ads are not yet enabled. Essential browser storage is used for game saves and sign-in.

When Google advertising is enabled, Google and other advertising partners may use cookies or similar identifiers, IP addresses and page information to deliver, measure and protect ads. Advertising cookies can support personalized ads based on visits to this and other websites. Where required, we will ask for consent before optional advertising storage or personalization and provide a way to change that choice.

You can manage Google ad personalization in Google Ads Settings. Participating advertising providers also offer choices at YourAdChoices. See how Google uses information from partner sites. Turning off personalization does not turn off all ads or all processing needed to deliver them.

The optional, one-time “Remove ads” purchase hides the site's banner and automatic promotional placements for the purchasing VocaVoo account. It does not remove account, payment or security processing. Any rewarded video offered later will remain optional.

Your choices and retention

You can change game settings, sign out, download a save backup from the account page, or clear local browser data. Signing out does not delete your cloud account. To request access, correction, export or deletion of account information, write to support@vocavoo.com from your account email. We may need to verify ownership before acting.

We retain account and progress data while needed to provide your account and retain transaction, security and support records as needed for their purposes and applicable obligations. Deletion requests may be subject to legal retention requirements and provider backup cycles. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to object, restrict processing, withdraw consent or complain to your local data-protection authority.

Age and policy updates

VocaVoo is intended for adults and teenagers aged 13 and over, not children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate. Age eligibility and consent requirements may differ by location.

We may update this policy as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version; material changes will be communicated when required.
